Susanne Hirt (born August 15, 1973 in Augsburg) is a German slalom canoer who competed from the early 1990s to the early 2000s. She won a gold medal in the K-1 team event at the 1999 ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships in La Seu d'Urgell.

She is the overall World Cup champion in K-1 from 1999. She also won a bronze medal in the K-1 team event at the 2000 European Championships.

Hirt also finished tenth in the K-1 event at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney.
