Suzanne Prentice

Suzanne Lena Prentice, OBE (born 19 September 1958 in Invercargill, New Zealand),[1] is a country singer in New Zealand. Her most successful single "When I Dream" peaked at #11 in New Zealand during 1982.

In the 1995 Queen's Birthday Honours, Prentice was made an Officer of the Order of the British Empire, for services to music.[2]

She stood as a candidate for the 2010 mayoral elections in Invercargill[3] but was unsuccessful.
