Svenn Skipper (born April 22, 1947) is a Danish composer.

He graduated from the Royal Danish Academy of Music in 1977. He has performed as a pianist with Danmarks Radio's "RadioUnderholdningsOrkestret" (The Danish National Chamber Orchestra), and has worked as a conductor since 1970. He has composed for Danish films De vilde svaner and Kurt og Valde.[1]

He is married to Danish actor Ghita Nørby.[2]
