The men's 200 metre breaststroke competition of the swimming events at the 1967 Pan American Games took place on 29 July at the Pan Am Pool.[1][2] The last Pan American Games champion was Chet Jastremski of US.[3][4][5][6][7][8]

This race consisted of four lengths of the pool, all in breaststroke.[9]
