Syed Mohammad Ali sayeed[1] (July 10, 1942[1][2]) is a field hockey player from India who won a gold medal with the Men's National Team at the 1964 Summer Olympics in Tokyo. He is from Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.

He should not be confused with the similarly named Syed Ali (born August 21, 1956), a field hockey player who competed for India at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal.[3]
