Töle Biy (also Tole Bi), or Töle Älibekuly (Template:Lang-kk) (1663-1756) was the head biy of the Kazakh senior zhüz, as well as an author, orator, and poet. He was born in Jaysan in what is now Shuy district, Jambyl oblast in 1663.[1]
