Lieutenant General T. B. Henderson Brooks was a senior officer of the Indian Army who is best known for authoring the as yet classified[1] Henderson Brooks-Bhagat Report along with Brigadier Premindra Singh Bhagat (later Lieutenant General).[2] At the time, Henderson Brooks was the commander of XI Corps, based in Jalandhar.[3] The report is an internal operational analysis of the Indian Army following the Indian defeat in the Sino-Indian War of 1962. He was an Anglo-Indian, and a second-generation Indian Army officer.
