Tadeusz "Tad" W. Patzek is a Polish-born engineer.

Tad Patzek is a professor and petroleum industry analyst at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) in Thuwal, Saudi Arabia. [1]. [1] The focus of his research is mathematical modeling of Earth systems with an emphasis on multiphase fluid flow physics and rock mechanics.

Prior to joining KAUST he held the Cockrell Family Chair in Engineering No. 11 at the University of Texas at Austin.[2]
