Tagus Ranch was where American country musicians also performed.Tagus Ranch is located less than 3 miles north of Tulare, California. Tagus Ranch was a prisoner of war camp during World War II.[1]

The hotel was rebuilt in 1974 as a modern classic motel with a pool and a resort themed courtyard.

Once a social hub for events, dining, music including visits by the California Governors, the Tagus Ranch Hotel is operating as 99 Palms Inn an Suites.
