Tahia Kazem (Arabic: تحية كاظم) (born 1920[1]) was the First Lady of Egypt from 23 June 1956 to 28 September 1970.[1] She married former President Gamal Abdel Nasser in 1944.

Kazem's father, Kazem Baghdadi, was a clerk of Iranian origin.[2] Nasser received the approval of her father and the Kazrouni Bey, the honorary leader of Egypt's Iranian community, before their marriage in 1944.[2]
