Tahini cookie (Hebrew: עוגיות טחינה) is an Israeli cookie made of tahini, flour, sugar and butter and usually topped with almonds or pine nuts.

Preparation

The traditional way to cook tahini cookies is to mix the flour, sugar and butter until there is crumbly mixture and then add the raw tahini and continuing to mix and put the mixture in a round position and add on the cookie almonds or pine nuts, and then it is cooked until it's finished.
