Takafumi Yoshimoto (吉本 岳史, Yoshimoto Takafumi, born May 13, 1978) is a Japanese football player.[1]

In 2012 Yoshimoto was appointed Player-Coach of new club Blancdieu Hirosaki FC from Aomori Prefecture.
