Taliha is a village in the Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh.[1] Upper Subansiri is the name of the district that contains village Taliha.

Taliha is located 32 KM towards North from District head quarters Daporijo.[2] It is one of the 60 constituencies of Legislative Assembly of Arunachal Pradesh. Name of current MLA (September-2016) of this constituency is Punji Mara.
