Şivan Perwer is a Kurdish Musician. He celebrates Newroz (Kurdish Festival) at most cities at Turkey and lots of countries in Europe.
Thousands of people attend to he's concerts, while Newroz millions of people attend to it. Newroz celebrations of him are madness.
