Why is there no wiki article on the 70s/80s London/south-east jazz-funk/soul scene.This was massive and had followers in every town in those area - its own record shops, radio stations, fashions and of course clubs/weekenders. And it had at least as much influence (if not more in certain areas eg pirates, the music, important djs, mixing etc) on the 1988 and after dance scene as Northern Soul.
