Having spent some years arguing that reliably sourced bad news should stay in this article I think some of the issues dealt with here now look a bit dated. I think a plan for redundancy made in 2008 looks pretty irrelevant now. The quality issues from 2004 may be more significant, even if further in the past, but I welcome views on that.
