See also / links
[edit]This article's current "see also" identifies the Anapanasati Sutta, the Satipatthana Sutta and the Seven Factors of Enlightenment. Why? In what way is this article's topic significant to these other articles? Similarly, this article has been (inexplicably?) added to these other article's "See also" sections.
Abhijna (which is Sanskrit; the Pali term is "Abhiñña") is mentioned in the Pali literature — see for instance this PED entry or this. Off the top of my head, the Buddha's ability to see past lives is a central element of his enlightenment saga and is probably not something hard to find reference to in the Pali canon. But, the rationale for linking this to the aforementioned articles does not appear immediately obvious. Could someone please provide justification for these links or else remove them?
Thanks for either the education or elucidation or cooperation,

- After four months of no response, I went ahead and made the aforementioned changes as well as added canonical material. Larry Rosenfeld (talk) 17:04, 18 May 2007 (UTC)
