Don't presume people know Pennsylvania is the US (at least not when the topic is electric locomotives)

First instance of PRR mentions "Pennsylvania" and not the railway by full name, which is rather confusing.

I would like to have seen key technical information in the lead, such as power output and tractive effort. Also year of construction wold be nice in the lead.

Similarly, the technical information about the locomotive should be in a separate section of prose, and not just in the infobox. Among other things, as the infobox is now, it is unreferenced.
