I have removed the proposed for deletion tag because it would be a mistake to delete this article, while leaving the similar article concerning the Music of Athens, Georgia [1] in place. Atlanta currently has a booming and distinctive music scene, with more national acts emerging than any other Southeastern state save Nashville, TN, which has a decidedly different flavor. Although the current draft of the article fails to convincingly make the point, anyone who doesn't recognize Atlanta's current significance to the music industry is wearing blinders. I am going to recommend that the article be retained, but edited. I will be happy to assist with this task over the coming weeks. Harry.Wang.42 18:49, 4 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Further, I recommend that the title of the article be changed to "Music of Atlanta, Georgia". Harry.Wang.42 18:51, 4 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The First Paragraph

[edit]

the first paragraph is terrible. Crunk is a genre than has been around at least ten years already. This paragraph needs to be updated and written better —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.154.120.20 (talk) 06:49, 17 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
