Tamesna can refer to:

  • Tamesna, a historical region in North Africa, that is the area between the Moroccan cities of Rabat and Safi. People from this region are referred to as Mesnawa in Moroccan Arabic. The term means 'plain' in the Berber language.
  • Tamesna, Rabat, a new city created between Rabat, Temara, Skhirat and Ain Aouda, in Morocco.
