Tancred Constantinescu

Tancred Constantinescu (1876–1951) was a Romanian engineer, politician and general. Between October 30, 1923, and March 29, 1926, he served as a Minister of Industry, within the Ion I.C. Brătianu 6th cabinet. General Constantinescu commanded the Romanian Armed Forces' 4th Army, part of the German Army Group South, within Operation Barbarossa.[1]
