Usage

| serial_name = Alias episode_name. Serial/episode name. (Formatting will be applied automatically.)
| show = Switch parameter for Doctor Who and its spinoffs: "DW" (Doctor Who), "TW" (Torchwood),
"SJA" or "TSJA" (The Sarah Jane Adventures), "C" (Class), "K9C" (K-9 and Company), or "K-9" (K-9 2010 TV series).
| quotes = Manually used to determine if quotes are used for episodes (yes) or italics for serials (no), or not to apply any formatting (-).
Exclusion means the formatting will be based on the value of "| type = ".
| type = Type of story: serial, episode, episodes, story, etc.
| image = If necessary, an image, followed by a caption.
| caption = A caption that describes the image.
