Problems with the text size

This seems to be stopping us from making any changes, even though some are essential - the use of personal names for peers results in a lot of names that even many professional historians and political scientists would have to stop and look up. I don't know. I've tried a number of alterations in preview mode to restore the text to the same size it is currently, and none seem to be working. Unfortunately being able to read it (even in a incorrect state) is more important than having it correct, but unreadable. Maybe we should file a bug report. I don't know what it would say though.
