I know some people don't think the fist is a suitable discrimination icon -- I think it's arguable -- but I still don't know of a suitable substitute. - Keith D. Tyler 00:00, 4 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The black fist image is potentially offensive and does not depict discrimination. This is like putting a hammer and sickle on the nazi template. It would be more appropriate to have something like a KKK symbol, a picture of a slave, a swastika - anything that actually depicts the topic. The black fist image is just POV pushing and is absolutely not descriptive. It's a response to discrimination, not discrimination itself. -- fourdee ᛇᚹᛟ 10:50, 15 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
