State Route 352 (SR 352) is a 10.3-mile-long (16.6 km) state highway that exists completely within Unicoi County in the eastern portion of the U.S. state of Tennessee, the area commonly called Tri-Cities region.

Route description

SR 352 begins concurrent with US 19W at an interchange with I-26/US 23 south of Erwin. US 19W/SR 352 travel to the southwest to where US 19W turns southeast and SR 352 turns southwest and twists and turns its way through the mountainous terrain of Unicoi County. It ends at the North Carolina state line, where the roadway continues as NC 212.
