Terence ‘Terry’ Wynn (born 27 June 1946 in Wigan, Lancashire, England) was a Member of the European Parliament for North West England for the Labour Party. He was a member of the European Parliament between 1989 and 1994 for Merseyside East and between 1994 and 1999 for Merseyside East and Wigan. In 1999 he was elected on the regional list until his resignation in 2006.

He used to work in the Merchant Navy and is a Methodist local preacher in Wigan.
