The Cell is an Australian play by Robert Wales. The setting is in a school for delinquent girls.[1]

The play was published in 1971.

Adaptations

It was adapted for TV by the ABC in 1968, directed by John Croyston.[2]

It was also adapted for TV by the BBC in England as A Swallow's Nest in 1968.[3]
