The Couture is a planned high-rise apartment building in Downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin, projected to begin construction in October 2018.[1] The 507-foot, 44-story high-rise will become Milwaukee's fourth-tallest building when it is completed.

The Couture will feature 312 high-end apartments, 50,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space, and an 1,100-space parking structure with hundreds of public parking spaces.[2]

A local group, Preserve Our Parks, had challenged the project, but withdrew their opposition in August 2016, allowing the sale of the property and subsequent demolition of the Downtown Transit Center to proceed.
