The Flamingo Trigger is the debut studio album by American rock band Foxy Shazam. It was released on June 15, 2005. The album was released independently, when they brought it into a tour across North America. Their fan favorites includes the songs, such as "No Don't Shoot", "The French Passion of Animality Opera", "Across the Golden Field" and "October Surf Suitcase Fish".

The tour lasted for eighteen months and word of mouth quickly spread Foxy Shazam's popularity.[4] At the time of this release the band was officially called Foxy Shazam! They dropped the exclamation mark before they released their second album Introducing (2008).
