The Hunter is the debut studio album by Swedish power metal band Persuader.

Lyrical themes

Pekka Kiviaho explains the overall concept and theme behind the album:

All the songs are about choices, what you are and what you can become. The path on the cover symbolizes just that, which way to go in life. You can either become The Hunter or the hunted.[3]
