The Sixx Premonitions is the limited edition sold-out E.P. from Salt Lake City's deathrock band Tragic Black.

The now unavailable record was released on July 11, 2004, for a very limited time and sold 600 copies that were for sale. The EP has a diverse mixture of music including industrial, goth, punk, heavy metal, darkwave and glam rock. Sonically, it was a departure from their previous record, Articulate Lacerations, but still maintained the surreal sound landscapes and metaphysical and sociopolitical lyrics that the band is known for. It is a favorite among oldschool fans of Tragic Black.[citation needed]

The Sixx Premonitions was a small sample of the band's new sound and growth as artists, as all of the songs except for "The Black Chrysalis (Spiritual Metamorphosis)" were re-recorded and included on their label-debut The Decadent Requiem in 2006.
