The Space Between is an upcoming Canadian 2017 movie written and realised by Amy Jo Johnson.[1] This is the third Amy Jo Johnson's movie after Bent (2013) and Lines (2014) and her first feature.[2] It stars Amy Jo Johnson, Jayne Eastwood, Michael Ironside, Sonya Salomaa, Michael Cram and Julia Sarah Stone.[3]

At the mid of 2016, the film was presented and selected in several festivals and will be available on Blu-Ray in 2017, along with DVD.[4]

Plot

When a man discovers that his son is not his, he goes looking for answers to his questions.[5]

The movie was financed by an Indiegogo campaign.[6]

Filming

The film was shot in Canada. Filming started in October 2015 and concluded in May 2016.[7]

Soundtrack

Music of the movie is composed by August Cinjun Tate.[8] Additionally, a compilation album of music featured in the film was released digitally and physically by Itunes and CdBaby on October 20, 2016.[9]

The album features songs by Jeff Hamilton, Joe Firstman, Wild Rivers, Cinjun Tate, The Symphony Of Nine, Morgan Woods, The Forgotten 45's, Danny Shipley, Snippet, Lyne Tremblay, Michael Cram, More Than Skies, That Noise and Amy Jo Johnson.[10]

A single and music video for promoting the soundtrack is highly anticipated by fans.
