Theresa Park (born 1967) is a New York-based literary agent.[1] She discovered and represents several internationally best-selling authors, including Nicholas Sparks and Debbie Macomber, among others.

She is a graduate of Harvard Law School, and originally worked as a corporate attorney in Silicon Valley.

In 1994, she joined Sanford J. Greenburger Associates as a literary agent. In 2005, she began her own literary agency, Park Literary.[2]
