Thomas H. Cruikshank was chairman and CEO of Halliburton Energy Services from 1989 to 1995.[1] He previously served as President and CEO from 1983 to 1989. During his tenure in the early 1990s, Halliburton provided extensive service to Kuwait in the aftermath of Operation Desert Storm. He was replaced at Halliburton by Dick Cheney. Cruikshank served on the Board of Directors of Lehman Brothers from 1996 until it collapsed in 2008.

He retired to his east Texas ranch in 2004.
