Thomas Nathaniel Rhoad, Jr. (July 16, 1923 – March 14, 2013) was an American farmer and politician.

Born in Bamberg County, South Carolina, Rhoad served in the United States Navy during World War II. He was a farmer and worked with the United States Post Office. Rhoad served on the Bamberg County Council. He also served in the South Carolina House of Representatives as a Democrat from 1983 to 2007.[1][2]
