Tibor P. Nagy (29 April 1949, Budapest, Hungary - ) is a former American foreign service officer who served as the American ambassador to Guinea and to Ethiopia.[1] He is currently serving as Vice Provost for International Affairs at Texas Tech University,[2] from which he graduated in 1972.[3] He also holds a master's degree from The George Washington University.
