Biljana Borzan (born 29 November 1971, Osijek[1]) is a Croatian member of the European Parliament.[2] She is a member of the Social Democratic Party of Croatia.

Following the accession of Croatia to the European Parliament in 2013, Borzan was placed on the Parliament's Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety.

She graduated at the School of Medicine, University of Zagreb.[3]
