Timocratica bicornuta is a moth in the Depressariidae family. It was described by Becker in 1982. It is found in Brazil (Rio de Janeiro) and French Guiana.[1]

The wingspan is 18-20 mm. The ground colour of the forewings is white. The underside is golden-yellow, slightly tinged with fuscous along the apex and termen. The hindwings are golden-yellow.[2]
