Timocratica spinignatha is a moth in the Depressariidae family. It was described by Becker in 1982. It is found in Peru.[1]
The wingspan is 19-23 mm. The ground colour of the forewings is white. The underside is golden-ochreous above the cell and on the veins, tinged with fuscous along the apex and termen. The hindwings are golden-ochreous below and above the cell and on the veins.[2]
