Timothy J. Sinclair

Timothy J. Sinclair is political scientist who has written extensively on the political economy of global finance. He is an expert on the American credit rating agencies, Moody's Investors Service and Standard & Poor's.

Professor Sinclair was born in Taumarunui, New Zealand and was educated at the University of Canterbury in Christchurch and York University in Toronto. Sinclair joined the University of Warwick in 1995. During 2001/2002, Sinclair was Visiting Scholar at Harvard University's Weatherhead Center for International Affairs.
