Tomáš Kobes (born May 14, 1978 in Český Krumlov) is a Czech slalom canoer who competed in the 1990s and 2000s.

He won a bronze medal in the K-1 team event at the 1999 ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships in La Seu d'Urgell. He also won a silver and a bronze in the same event at the European Championships.

Kobes also finished seventh in the K-1 event at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney.
