Toshiko Hamayotsu (浜四津 敏子, Hamayotsu Toshiko, born January 6, 1945) is a Japanese politician of the New Komeito Party, a member of the House of Councillors in the Diet (national legislature). A native of Taipei, Taiwan and graduate of Keio University, she was elected for the first time in 1992. From January 1998 until November she was the second leader of the New Komeito Party after Tomio Fujii.
