The Southern Silver Ochre Skipper (Trapezites praxedes) is a butterfly of the Hesperiidae family. It is found along the coastal plains of New South Wales, southern Queensland and Victoria.

The wingspan is about 30 mm.

The larvae feed on Lomandra confertifolia, Lomandra laxa, Lomandra longifolia, Lomandra obliqua and Lomandra spicata.
