Tsingymantis antitra is the sole species of the genus Tsingymantis, in the family Mantellidae.
Taxonomy
Tsingymantis antitra was described in by Glaw, Hoegg & Vences in 2006.[1] Its taxonomic placement within the family Mantellidae remains uncertain, because it is apparently a basal taxon.[1][2]
Distribution and Habitat
This species is endemic to Ankarana Special Reserve, in northwestern Madagascar,[2] where it lives among the limestone karst.
