The Tubas Red Sand mine is a large open pit mine located in the western part of Namibia in Erongo Region. Tubas Red Sand represents one of the largest uranium reserves in Namibia, having estimated reserves of 90.8 million tonnes of ore grading 0.012% uranium.[1]
