Ubiad [ˈubjat] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Chełmiec, within Nowy Sącz County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland. It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) north-east of Chełmiec, 7 km (4 mi) north of Nowy Sącz, and 70 km (43 mi) south-east of the regional capital Kraków.[1]

The village has a population of 565.
