Ugoszcz [ˈuɡɔʂt͡ʂ] (Kashubian: Ùgòszcz, German: Bernsdorf) is a village in Gmina Studzienice, Bytów County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south-east of Bytów and 76 km (47 mi) south-west of Gdańsk (capital city of the Pomeranian Voivodeship).

Before 1637 Duchy of Pomerania, next area of Farther Pomerania, was part of Germany. For the history of the region, see History of Pomerania.

From 1975 to 1998 the village was in Słupsk Voivodeship.

It has a population of 740.
