Uki Ni Masi is an island that is part of the Solomon Islands. It is 150 km² in size and the highest hills are up to 200 m high. The only mammals that live there were introduced by man like the Polynesian rat (Rattus exulans) and bats Dobsonia inermis, Pteropus cognatus, Emballonura nigrescens and Aselliscus tricuspidatus.
