Uline is a distributor of shipping, industrial, and packing materials to businesses throughout North America.[1] Uline offers over 30,000 products in stock, including corrugated boxes, available in more than 1,350 sizes. Orders placed by 6 PM ship the same day.[2][3] Uline ships their products from ten distribution centers across North America to ensure fast delivery and low freight costs: Chicago, IL; Minneapolis, MN; Breinigsville, PA; Los Angeles, CA; Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Seattle, WA; Toronto, ON, Canada; Edmonton, AB, Canada; Tijuana, Mexico and Monterrey, Mexico.[4] In 2010, Uline opened their Pleasant Prairie, WI corporate headquarters featuring a one million square foot distribution center.[5]

History

Uline was founded in 1980 by Dick and Liz Uihlein and originally distributed a single item, a carton sizer. Dick and Liz Uihlein started their business in their basement, although the company has grown to now employ more than 4,500 people.
