The Unilever Bangladesh Limited is consumer goods company, engaged in the manufacture and distribution of home care products, personal care products, and foods. It is a Joint Venture of the Government of Bangladesh and Unilever.[1] Unilever holds 60.4 per cent and Government of Bangladesh holds 39.6 of the share.[2]
